It makes for some friendly competition and accountability.The four star is because they just updated the app to function better with the Apple Watch, but it’s still glitchy. Timer will freeze so you have to keep tapping the screen to keep it moving. Also the notification to let you know to begin is not as smooth as it is in the phone app. It also would be nice to swap exercises on the watch like you can in the app-I know this is picky but it’s a great feature. I’ve been using this app for a few years and while it does the key basic need for me, tracking and organizing my lifts, it leaves me frustrated over something new every time I use it. They update and changing the app frequently which is great but each iteration seems to lose something or make something less intuitive.
